Sales Manager

Description
To proactively generate retail and consumer sales and manage key accounts

Responsibilities and duties

  • Market research of multiple sectors: independent kitchen & bathroom, architects, designers, commercial, corporate and work surface fabricators
  • Implemention of SMART objectives for your chosen territory
  • Major accounts – in-store training, presentations and feedback to the business
  • Administration – regular detailed visit reports sent to the management team
  • Management of territory to include sales/quote analysis, management of displays and sample cases
  • To proactively seek NPD and market sector feedback to management team
  • To meet agreed sales targets and achievement of KPIs – to be reviewed on a monthly basis
  • To proactively organise meetings with existing and new retailers to increase the monthly territory turnover
  • To actively promote Opticolour brand awareness through product understanding and knowledge
  • To ensure all communications are updated on our CRM system, including all dealings with customer complaints, and endeavour to resolve problems quickly, efficiently & effectively
  • To continually seek to develop your own skills
  • To carry out any other reasonable management request
